The Chef’s Canvas


The Legend Series produced the private release event for The Chef’s Canvas, a cookbook produced by Cari Sanchez-Potter and The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens.

Courses were prepared by Chef Waylon Rivers from Black Sheep; Chef Tom Gray of Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails; Chef Scotty Schwartz of 29 South; Chef Sam Efron of Taverna; Chef Jamey Evoniuk of Candy Apple Cafe; Chef Kenny Gilbert of Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen; Chef Calli Marie Webb of BREW 5 Points; and Chef Michael Bump of Restaurant Orsay.

All wines were provided by Augustan Wine Imports.

The chefs prepared the dishes they contributed to The Chef’s Canvas cookbook, and artist Rob Middleton performed a live action art installation during dinner.
